Payment terms are agreed bespoke depending on the terms of employment of services.

In terms of the undertaking of events and tasks other than one offs:
The organizations costs are excluding expenses. All expenses will be agreed prior to undertaking the tasks and billed back to the client.
50% of the Organisation fee will be due on confirmation of the booking. The rest will be due at after the event.
Booking cancellation fees – this applies to the 2nd half of the Organisation fee. The first 50% is non-refundable:
In the event of a cancellation the deposit shall be returned in full providing 45 days notice is given in writing prior to engagement date.
- 44 days to 30 days prior to engagement date: loss of 25% of the agreed fee.
- 29 days to 15 days prior to engagement date: loss of 50% of the agreed fee.
- 14 days or less prior to engagement date: loss of 100% of the agreed fee.
